I received a call Monday morning and an appointment was scheduled for Tuesday. That's very fast service. Furthermore, Amir drove over 2.5 hours to address the mold problem. Amir & Dean arrived on time and quickly assessed the problems with both furnaces. Amir took videos with his cell phone that show one furnace was clean but needed to be sanitized to get rid of the mold smell. There was mold in the other the other furnace that needed to be cleaned and sanitized. So I only paid for services needed. Amir and Dean divided the work between them and it was performed quickly. By the time they completed their work the mold smell had lessened, within 2 hours it was gone. Amir gave me advice on how to prevent future mold occurrence.
